MOR is

Inspired by The Ancient Roman Arches

The idea stemmed from the old roman arch principle. The arch, formed from stacking stones, was ingeniously under compression and compression alone. Each stone was leaning on the other and therefore channelling the load through the arch and down to the foundation. Utilising this formula, we sought to similarly reduce the number of tensional and bending forces found within standard rollers.
How it works

Our Features

SELF-LEVELLING MECHANISM

Balances the weight of the door evenly across all wheels.

QUICK & EASY ADJUSTMENT

Precise adjustment up to 10mm can be achieved with a standard Philips or Flat head screwdriver via an M8 screw located at the edge of the door.

CUSTOM-ENGINEERED POLYMER TYRES

Benefit from the prowess of custom-engineered polymer wheels, meticulously designed to ensure peak strength and unparalleled durability.

MODULAR EXPANDABLE DESIGN

Allows you to tailor your roller to the operating force or load rating you need.

TRUE LOAD SHARING

The Mother of All Rollers technology allows us to design products with any quantity of wheels each performing their function perfectly, allowing us to do higher panel weights with the addition of more wheels.

CiiLOCK Rollers

CiiLOCK Engineering designs advanced roller solutions, including the award-winning Mother of All Rollers (MOR). Our innovative technology delivers exceptional smoothness, durability, and load distribution, setting a new standard for high-performing sliding door systems across residential and commercial applications.

Roller Setup

Setting up the rollers is straightforward. Whether your goal is a higher load rating or lower operating force, simply combine the appropriate base module with the desired number of extension modules to build your roller. Each extension module clicks seamlessly into place at the end of the train, ready for installation into the door.

Installation

Installing the roller is as straightforward as any other. Simply insert the roller into the extrusion channel and secure each end with a self-tapping screw. Once installed and fastened, you can easily adjust the height as needed using the M8 bolt facing towards the edge of the door, with the assurance that each wheel is evenly sharing the load.
